Meeting people from all over the country and creating memorable experiences for passengers.

Sometimes a simple smile, helping a nervous traveller, or comforting someone flying alone can make a huge difference. I also love the friendships you build with your crew, they truly become your second family!!

What advice would you give someone wanting to pursue this career?

If you are passionate, hardworking, and willing to learn, you absolutely belong here. Be confident, stay curious, and never let fear stop you from applying for opportunities.
