On-the-job skills are some of the
most important

Some of the most important skills you learn in aviation are the ones you gain on-the-job because airlines require specific skills and knowledge.

General commercial training and qualifications are recognised but not necessary for entry level roles that are an excellent start to your career.

Aviation operations specific certificate courses are available and once you work within an airline, career progression is based on skills and knowledge gained in-house plus any additional qualifications.
